Vampire Spell 11     



" SHADOW!!!!!!!!!!!!" Sonic screamed at the top of his lung before turning into Dark  Sonic, His fur glowed dark, and his anger never felt so bad like this.


The Overlord laughed again "and what is this sad excuse for a hero?" he said looking at Dark Sonic. "you have no chance with me, you sore what happened to your little friend there"


" You.Will.Die.Overlord!!!!" Dark Sonic said with no emotion at all sounding like he could destroy a planet with a flick of his finger.


The Overlord Smirked and made his big long Black and Red bloody Wings unleashed once again he started to fly out of the castile from the glass window, which he destroyed in seconds, as he went  through it and out snickering once again. " Ok, Sonic The Hedgehog show me why those slaves of mine call you the Legendary Chosen one, prove it!"  

Dark Sonic zoomed after him with in 009 seconds. " You were saying?!" Dark Super Sonic asked mantically before punching the Overlord in his face.

The Overlord burst into a old broken tree making it fall over to the floor, seeming they wear now out of the castile so it was totally dark again all that could been seen wear the eyes of Dark Sonic glowing through the darkness, along with a red glow coming from the Overlord, he soon had a white glow coming from his hand and swung his hand upwards, making the white glowing orb shoot so fast he could almost not been seen by a normal eye it hit Sonic in the chest... at lest that was he was aiming for but... like the legend had said many times of the legendary Blue Hedgehog who was invincible, the orb did not even touch him but some how had died before his had a chance to hit him making Dark Sonic smirk, while the Overlord eyes widen.

NO it can't be, that's impossible!  

' Its all over.... Where is Heartbreak I need to be at full power to bring Shadow back to life! ... I hope at the very lest. Meaning I need to find all 7 chaos emeralds!'

"it's true..." he whispered to himself clenching his fists together in anger  see the glow slowly fade, his power was draining all thanks to that Blue Hedgehog!

"But damnit I will not let this end like it is said to in the legend!" he gritted his teeth and spread his wings again, his hissed at him."Give me all you got Blue Boy"  

"As you wish DEMON!" Dark Super Sonic said darkly before dark energy surrounded him and claws ripped through his gloves.

The Overlord went for Sonic flying up to him, making another orb of Dark energy in both his hands gritting his teeth and tried his best to hit Sonic with the orbs.   

Sonic dogged them with his speed but one grazed one of his claws which he drew back quickly.

"HA not so bad as you seemed, Blue Boy" he laughed maniacally, making him seen like the true Demon that he truly really was.     

Dark Sonic growled and the area around him erupted with dark energy before he launched himself at the Overlord hitting him square in the chest.

The Overlord shut his eyes and gritted his teeth in pain and yelled out in agony, and hissed at Sonic, showing his snow white fangs to him. "prepare to DIE, Blue Boy!" his made a massive bright light that was bigger then him or Sonic put together and smashed it into Sonic as hard as he could with all his power.

" AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! " Dark Super Sonic yelled blood dripping off of him his dark aura fading a bit breathing heavily before growling " That's it no more games~" Dark Sonic murmured just loud enough for the Overlord to hear.

Then a pair of dark blue wings sprouted from his back and his teeth got longer as his quills also got longer his eyes came back but now black with red pupils.

His eyes widen again just like the legend said " and he will come with wings of terror and anger never to be matched by one even to power beyond control, with his eyes of purple shinning like the Royal Crystal, and blackness to follow behind that shows that the world might just be destroyed if not careful, to his wish, with a power to a Reaper, and the heart of a true Knight, the fire of destiny, the speed never to be match or beaten, a legend that could be one of the most powerful being to ever live ... and they Shall call him Sonic The Hedgehog Legendary Chosen one to bring justice and peace to the world to bring it back to the ways it was before, when life was worth living and there are no such thing of evil, and Betrayal. He will be born for this very reason only he, will forever be the Greatest of all Heroes"         

"DIE!" He shouted whamming himself towards the Overlord with all of his streanth and speed put together .... just for the one that he new deep down he love and would do anything for.

The Overlord banged and broken through the Castile, finding himself back in the top room were the purple Royal Crystal was, he just kept falling and hit the Royal Crystal, it feel to the ground, it started to glow bright, and a really bright Red glow started to come out of it, it went Past the Overlord that was on the floor lying still not daring to move, at the moment, the red glow went out of the Castile to to Sonic floating near him, all you could hear was... humming?

It was a soft hum almost unheard by a normal ear, it had a tune, a sweet tune that made everything seem to stand still and everything seemed to lighten up, the hum got louder and louder to the point that it was heard all around, but it just seemed to get better by the loudness even if it was loud it was still enjoyable and somewhat soft.       

' Whats going on?......I'm not doing that.......the crystal........but what dose it mean.........something good?....or something bad.......' Dark Sonic thought as he gazed at the wonderful thing floating before him so gracefully.



The graceful glow started to get brighter and brighter, making the darkest place possible see able for the first time in over 100000,0000000,00000 years, the grounds were dead like a desert, no plants in sight, the sky was blood red, and it was truly a sad thing to see for what it was before they would of called it heaven before this happen, now it's a dead land filled with bones of long forgotten slaves, and anything that could of lived before this, the air seemed to not be as cold now thought, it seemed to warm  up thanks the humming glow, growing bigger and stronger, then something happened that now one thought would out of the red sky past the dark cloud came flying....... a .....a-



"A Butterfly? I killed them all here, how could they come back?" thought the Overlord to himself as he stared in amazement at the tinny but beautiful black and blue creature, flying so innocently around it was flying around near to where Sonic was and landed on his noes for a rest from it's flying around.          


Dark Sonic chuckled and soon found his fur and eyes changed into bright golden fur and his eyes bright red, and that was it....he was now Super Sonic, his anger had gone and he looked at the butterfly with a smile on his face reaching his finger out for the butterfly.

The butterfly looked at Sonic, shiny sparks, just like fairy dust, coming from it's tinny body, the sparks were light blue, and made a path of it everywhere the little guy went, he looked at Sonic in wonder and if you could tell that butterflies smiled then this one sure was.   

Sonic chuckeled again and looked up to the sky. All that could been seen was now a few birds coming from the sky flying so above, and other butterflies and soon, the other animals come out of now where, like bunny's and foxes all around together looking up at Sonic like he was some god.

And the Overlord screamed "how could this be it's impossible!!!!" he was really mad now, his red glow even worse now his eyes seemed blood shot.

Somethings that are written don't come true. But it always comes from good. You can change good with evil with only bad and plans to destroy and concour." Super Sonic smirked at the Overlord. He pointed both his hands at him and a bright orb like structure appeared in between them. " Bye,bye~"

The Overlord blood shot eyes widened, he put his right hand in front of his eyes like it would protect his life, his eyes narrowed and a screamed for heard for miles as the orb hit him, the orb surround him and he started to shattered and die, all that was left was a crown and a red cape, lying on the floor, suddenly a bright light came eating up everything!

Soon the light slowly faded and ... everything changed, the Underworld was completely reborn into what liked like the best imaginable place EVER, there was life everywhere all was good not a bad thing for miles, everything was impossibly perfect, animals wear walking around free and happy, there wear no machines, just like a forest in some unknown planet.

Heartbreak was flying with the 3 last family members of Shadow on his back he went to Sonic with a smile on his face, as the 3 Hedgehog seemed younger, not so pale of starved, but healthy and wise.

When Super Sonic saw Heartbreak and remembered what happened to Shadow he looked to the ground. 'Did he come back when everything was reborn?' Sonic thought to himself looking around for he sighed at the sad thought for the black Vampire Hedgie.

"look at that" Heartbreak said, the Crystal had turned into it's former colour, it was back into the Royal Red Crystal, it flouted to the crown on top of it, again seeming it was now not tempered with Evil, it was now back to it's normal size too, it sparkled in the sunshine, the Black hedgehogs Smiled at it knowing everything was going to be like it was before this mess happened.

Then the Reaper came, he picked up the crown and blood red cape on, the King was back!           
                   
Super Sonic just floated in one spot for a moment before well floating towards the King. " Um, King?" Super Sonic asked unsure how to address him.

The king now looked different, he did not look like Death he looked like any other Hedgehog but wiser, anyone could see that he had years worth of information of what works and not.

He smiled to Sonic remembering him and knowing what had just happened to him. "yes, Sir Sonic, Chosen One?"   

" Er just call me Sonic,...or Super Sonic as of right now since I'm in my super form. Uhhh anyway where's Shadow?....is he........" Super Sonic looked down not wanting to say the terrible D word, that might just be what still is happening.

The King/Reaper looked down with a face showing nothing but sadness and hatred, his eyes narrowed and he looked into Sonic's eyes with concern and sighed quietly  "Somethings just can't be replaced, even with Magic..." he looked down, not wanting to see him, the rest of the Black Hedgehog Family gasp, then are overcome with sadness as they all put there head down, even Heartbreak.          

Super Sonic eyes widened then gained dullness before his feet touched the ground and turned back to his normal Blue self again.

He started to walk away not knowing where to but just wanting to be alone.....wanting time to stop and rewind so he could save Shadow...but somethings can be rewound without an effect on the future....good or bad.....

"But remember with great victory, comes great sacrifice...You used the power of the emeralds to go Super Sonic and that, helped you greatly in banishing that so called Overlord, but that was the only way and to do that you used all the power for that and so there had to be the sacrifice of saving Shadow's life.... but think of it this way in just losing one life, and trust me Im as sad as you are to see my only son die... you used the power to save the world... and sometimes stuff like that come first, the world as be suffering for too long, you did great thinks today and Shadow's life will always be remembered, the Vampire Spell as been Broken we can now life once again"  

"Cruel but true.......however I hope it wouldn't be so cruel of taking a life.....What do we do now King?" Sonic asked his eyes never leaveing the ground.

The King looked up at the sky, it was now night time but you could still be able to see, the stars were out the beautiful full moon was out shinning in a way that it as never done before, then a bright light... a shooting star. "we can only wish and hope....your heart will tell you what to do"   

          
" Might be a while then." Sonic said slowly walking off again in a direction he did not know what would lie there. " My heart is dead as of right now, I will walk a blind road from now one"

The Shooting Star pasted ahead of Sonic, but it seemed that it was going lower and lower down, till it hit the ground with a massive THUMP it had gone so fast down that it had seemed to dig it self into the ground, smoke rising up into the air. 'A Falling star?'   

" WAH! " Sonic jumped and landed on his tail before brushing himself off and walking to the 'shooting star' that had fallen. "What the-"

Sonic....

Sonic thank you...

From the ground came, a Hedgehog he was young, much younger then Sonic, his eyes sparkled with shine and hope and he had a big smile on him, he looked healthy, he was Black and Red....    

"the Spell is broken and I may live again thanks to you, thank you Chosen One, I don't know what I could do to repay you" he said his voice young and innocent, the Hedgehog looked like...... like someone he knew, he just could not put his finger on it.... it looked very much like..... someone from a dream someone like.....Shadow.... WAIT?!

" Sh-Sh- SHADOW?!" Sonic shouted. He wanted to go forward and meet the hedgehog that was dead not to long ago but his legs did not move as if they were made of cement.

" Sonic, you gave me life you made me happy for the first time in my life, all my life I have never been happy, but you changed everything for me, you let me see life in away that I never even imagined, I have never breathed, never dreamed that there would be hope all I ever knew was that there was pain and suffering, wear there was no point in living but we wear given the Vampire Spell, making us make sure to suffer the pain of life that my Uncle as made long before I was Born, and my Mother was Killed and my Dad was made to kill.... and for that a Thank you, Sonic The Hedgehog..." the younger shorter Shadow get to Sonic, when on his tip toes and kissed him on the lips passionately.  

Sonic's eyes went wide before easing into the kiss and wrapping his arms around the shorter Shadow's waist.

Shadow played with his Mouth enjoying every moment with the Blue Hero... knowing he would not be staying for long.

After what felt like hours They both let go breathing in and out , for Shadow this was almost wired for him to breath now seeming he was really dead before, he never really breathed before so much till now, and to tell the truth he kinda hated it, if he was his old self then he could of been there forever... even if he knew Sonic could not hold it forever, he knew it would still be long, and Loving.

"My Blue prince in shinning armer" Shadow chuckled to himself by the old saying.        
         

Sonic looked at Shadow in a weird way in a moment from what he said before closeing his eyes and chuckling. " No armor Shads."

"but you did once did you not, it's said in the legend books you had golden armer once." Shadow jumped up and down like and clapping his hands like a overjoyed kid on a sugar rush.  

" Heh yea I did, but I'm not wearing it now~" Sonic said chuckling a little at Shadow's cuteness.

"But at lass I may never be able to leave the Underworld now, if i do all my years will come to me at once and I will turn to dust here a magical place with the help of the power of the Royal crystal I may live on, for at lest another 100000 years more I shall live, but then anyone that lives here and never goes back will!" Shadow giggled with a smile, he REALLY had been turned back into a kid, at lest age of 13 maybe more by looks.

Sonic stared at the ground for the third time but this time deep in thought. It was a a few minutes before he asked. " Then could I stay down here with you?"

Shadow's smaller eyes widened "W-why that would mean leaving EVERYTHING behind all your friends, loved one everything and with out a good bye..." Shadow now looked sad he did not want Sonic to leave everything behind like that he had a life and a home back there why would he throw it all away like that?   

"My blood family is on a diffrent planet and my friends I can just send them a letter saying I have found my place to stay." Sonic said walking up to Shadow then placeing a hand on his shoulder.

Shadow's head went down, his cheeks slowly going red and warm, and his eyes started to water. "y-you would d-d-do that for ... m-me?!"  he then jumped on Shadow hugging him "thank you"he cried with tears of joy.  

Sonic Wraped his arms around Shadow and he fell down on the ground with a 'whoa!' then looked up at Shadow and wiped away his tears and kissed him on his forhead "Of course I would!"


Shadow smiled looking up at Sonic then hugged him tighter, Sonic grinned at the younger Shadow happy that everything was going to be all right!


"hey Shadow why are you so young now then?" Sonic said smiling his famous smile at the little hedgie in his arms.


"well.... Im not sure..." he put his gloves less hand to his chin. "I just remember my Spirit flying up and high then I got to the clouds and somehow used some sort of magic the make this really pretty butterfly appear, and it landed on my noes then just went away then after a while this bird came, them more and more it was so wired then next thing I know i find my self flying down and seeing you and Heartbreak, and EVERYTHING changed as you see, and I feel like I... did this some how..." Sonic's eyes a little.


"Shadow are you saying that you did all this" Sonic pointed to the light blue sky, with his right hand, almost smiling as he see nature so free and happy.


Shadow stared at the Sky and smiled too. "you know what, Sonic? Something tells me I did but, not with out the help of love that kept my spirit alive long to restore the world!" His arms went up in the air in joy.


Sonic held Shadow close happy to have him back and knowing he was going to stay with him for a long time now." Shadow, I love you, so much I can't even describe as happy I am now" he said with a sweet smile on his royal blue face, his emerald eyes            shinned in the light of the sunshine, and put Shadow down, Shadow looked at him confused, then kissed Sonic on the lips passionately." I love you too, oh Great Chosen One" he said greatly like he was meeting a movie star he had been dreaming of meeting and marrying for years never knowing if such dreams could come true.


"you don't just love me because, I saved you all do you?" he said releasing something. Shadow's eyes widened a bit "No Sonic... I kinda always,loved you you are so sweet and kind, loving, my perfect soul mate, and you love, me too" he put his hands to his chest wear his heart would be, with a kind smile to his face, he loved smiling now he never did it before but now he wanted to smile all the time and Sonic helped.


Sonic looked back to wear he left Heartbreak and the other family members 'they think he is dead...'


"Hey, Shadow There is someone you need to meet~" he winked at the smaller Black Hedgehog before him, he walk to Shadow closer taking his gloved hand with his and went in the direction        of the castile.


Shadow looked at Sonic as he and Sonic started running together in a race to see who got to who know wear first. Soon they came to the now happy castile, flags wear being put up and music could be heard, Shadow's lightened up his ruby eyes shinning, they both went into the opened doors and soon lots of gasps could be heard, along with Sonic's and Shadow's the whole place was full with lots of other's that used to be under the spell of the Vampire Spell from the now long dead Overlord.


Each and every single person in the room put there head down in respect as Sonic and Shadow walked past, like noble knights back from killing an evil dragon, happy face everywhere now.


And then the King... The Reaper stepped out with the crown still on with the Royal crystal on top now not tempered with evil, floating just above the golden crown.


"My Son...." He whispered so low anyone around would not as heard, but just seen his mouth move with the words under his breath steadily.


"D-daddy?" Shadow muttered, next thing he new with out even thinking Shadow ran at full speed into the arms of his much loved Father digging his face into his chest, almost trying to hide himself with him, The King, his Father.


"My Son, I have missed you dearly, at lass I may talk to you with out hiding in self pity, of what my Brother did to me, but now we can go back to our ways, back to the golden days of old" he said calmly in a voice of wisdom that went far beyond his years.

   
"I never would of thought that this whole time you wear really still watching me, but in the form of the Reaper" Shadow now sounding wise himself.


"I may still be Reaper, that is something I must continue, but now I may choose who goes, and it will only be evil i promise you that, Shadow now that you are back and so is everything else, my sweet Prince... along with your soul mate." he stopped to look at Sonic and winked at him with a smile. "we may proceed with the great day~"


"great day? what in the name of Aslan do you mean Daddy?" he questioned the King as Sonic's eyes widen, and a massive smile comes his way.


"Shadow.... he means our wedding!" he excitedly explained, everyone in the huge room gasped once more then clapped for the couple in joy.


"oh my, I can't believe this, but am I not now way young to be wed? " he Looked to himself, he looked like he was at lest 13 and Sonic 17.


"I am still a Reaper, I may change that for you. my dear Prince" he said then automatically got a glomp from Shadow making him literally fall down on the floor landing in a sitting position, but thought nothing of it know how much of a deal this was for his song getting married to the person of his dreams.


The King laughed and patted Shadow's head messing up his quills a bit. "anything for you, My Prince" Shadow got off him showing a face in saying sorry and went to Sonic, they both hugged and kissed, everyone smiled again and went "aww" at the new couple.


Other a lot of talking the two Hedgehogs left the castile, to have a walk around the place to have a good look out side it was night now so all was quiet and peaceful, the stars wear shinning in ways they never thought was true and the moon was shinning more brighter, a soft calming breeze and fireflies were flying around reflecting into the pound that the two sat down next to on the grass, they watched the night sky in silence and wonder just watched letting nature do what it had to do that night.


Then in the far distance a sound could be heard, a cry for help, something that our great hero Sonic could not leave without helping.


They both went out to find the mystery of the sound, it was far but they were fast Hedgehogs, they ran to a forest, they soon found a Black, Blue and Red Hedgehog on the floor with his leg stuck under a rock.


"don't worry we will help you!" Sonic  said as he and his mate started pushing the over sized rock off him, after many minutes  they managed to get it off him but his leg was broken, Shadow picked him up then looked at him saying."how that that even happen, Sir" the Black, Blue and Red Hedgehog just stayed silence not wanting to look in Shadow's or Sonic's eyes.


"her buddy, what's wrong? can you talk?" Sonic asked him starting to worry about the Black Hedgehog.


"I am sorry..." is all he said before closing his eyes and suddenly going limp in Shadow's arms.


They both panicked now just out side the Castile lucky for them the King had come out to find the two Hedgehogs seeming they were no where to be seen and it was getting very late, but when the King sore the limp Hedgehog in Shadow's Arms his just ran to him and touched his cheek feeling it go ice cold.


"Matt...."He whispered Shadow and Sonic looked at him sad they new he was gone they guessed he must of been very hurt even before that rock must of somehow got on his leg, after all he was covered in Blood....


"I am guessing you Know this Matt Hedgehog of a person?" Sonic said sadly know this must be hard losing a friend.


"He was not a friend, but my brother who was tampered with.." The two Hedgehog's eyes widen" WAIT? are you saying this is my Uncle that Sonic killed just today ... the OVERLORD?" Shadow screeched the last part not believe this was him but with out the cloak or power of the Royal crystal by his side.



"I just wish he would of never have stolen the Royal Crown, he never new how much power it had till it was too late to turn back..." The King slowly too his Brother in his arms."If only it could of been different..."




If Only, If Only...
